Trescal acquires Ontario’s Digital Measurement Metrology

Feb 3. 2017 – Trescal has acquired Digital Measurement Metrology (DMM), a Brampton, Ontario-based calibration services provider in an effort to consolidate Trescal’s geographical footprint and technical coverage in Canada.
“[The] DMM acquisition allow us to be present in Ontario, a key state in Trescal’s development in North America. We are now targeting the Canadian west coast,” said Guillaume Caroit, Trescal deputy CEO.
The acquisition has been completed with the support of Ardian, its majority shareholder.
Describing itself as a “one-stop-shop” calibration service provider, Trescal services 35,000 customers in various sectors such as aerospace, aeronautics, automotive, and electronics manufacturing.
