Harting Roadshow Truck returns for 2018

May 29, 2018 – Harting’s Roadshow, a mini-tradeshow on wheels, began visiting customer locations in Alberta and British Columbia this month.

The truck was in British Columbia from May 14-18, then crossed over the Rockies to Alberta from May 22-25. Come the summer, the Roadshow also is scheduled to visit locations in Ontario and Quebec in July.

The Roadshow truck features the latest Harting solutions in industrial, small form factor and board-level connectivity, Ethernet switches and RFID. It also features some of the company’s Industry 4.0 offerings like the MICA edge computer and new smart connectivity modules for the Han-Modular series of industrial connectors.

“Something our customers in Western Canada can look forward to, the road show also will feature our new Han Ex connector series certified for NEC 500 Class 1, Div II environments and our new expanded beam fibre optic cable assemblies – both ideal for use in the oil and gas and mining sectors,” said Carl Maalouf, director of sales for Harting Canada. Company staff will be on hand to provide customers at each stop with information on these and other new connectivity solutions.
