Apr. 17, 2017 - Mouser Electronics has announced a global distribution agreement with Memsic, a provider of consumer electronics, communications, automotive, medical and industrial sensing sectors. Through the new agreement, Mouser will distribute Memsic micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) sensors to customers worldwide.

The acquisition, expected to close in summer 2017, will create one of the world’s most-powerful industrial automation companies.
