Foster Transformer introduces model 14359 Class 2 transformer

Jul. 12, 2016 – The model 14359 UL/C-UL Listed Class 2 transformer from Foster Transformer accepts line voltages of 120, 208, 240, and 480 V, 50/60 Hz, “allowing near universal application,” it says.

 
Its 24V, 75 VA rating boasts “ample capacity” for low voltage control applications, and its integral wiring compartment promises to simplify field installations. Encapsulated with a UL 94VO flame retardant epoxy, and housed in a 304 stainless steel enclosure, the unit promises to protect against dirt, moisture, and corrosive elements. According to the company, model 14359 is well suited for use in industrial controls, dispensing equipment, security and alarm systems, commercial appliances, and other similar applications.
