Exair 1/2 NPT internal mix spray nozzles

Sept. 14, 2015 – Exair’s 1/2 NPT internal mix atomizing spray nozzles atomize fluids in a range of spray patterns and liquid volumes for a variety of uses.

They combine liquid and compressed air inside of the air cap to produce a mist of atomized liquid that can be adjusted to suit different applications. The nozzles claim to coat, cool, treat and paint a range of products using compressed air and liquids with a viscosity of up to 300 centipoise. Used with water, atomizing nozzles can cool hot items in automated process, notes the company. Available with multiple spray patterns including narrow angle round, wide angle round and flat fan, the nozzles provide liquid flows of up to 303 GPH.
