SMAC debuts CBL35C programmable electric moving coil servo actuator

Apr. 2, 2018 – SMAC Corporation is introducing the 35-mm diameter CBL35C electric cylinder with built-in controller, designed to control force, position and velocity.

Suitable for applications with limited space, the CBL35C is described as providing long life, programmability, high speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency. SMAC says the new CBL35C series enables the direct replacement of existing pneumatic cylinders and retrofits without any machine modifications required. Features of the series include: a built-in controller; programmable position, velocity and force; life expectancy over 100 million cycles; and Graphical User Interface for set-up.
