EZmaintain IoT sensors integrate into CMMS for predicative maintenance

Nov. 10, 2017 – EZmaintain has introduced what it says is the world’s first Cloud-based computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) to integrate IoT sensors to measure temperature and vibration levels of equipments, such as motors, gear boxes and generators.

The sensors generate real-time data which is transmitted via Internet into EZmaintain’s Cloud-based CMMS. Users can run web-based CMMS independently to manage failure or preventive work order and maintenance activities. Adding smart IoT sensors allows users to capture real-time data for condition monitoring and alerts can be viewed on the CMMS dashboard. The IoT sensors are suitable for small to large factory/facility application, including power, paper, oil and gas, water processing, cement manufacturing, CNC machines or other general plant automation monitoring needs.
