Xplore M60 handheld device for evolving mobile workforce
May 17, 2018 - Xplore Technologies has introduced a new 6-inch, handheld Android device, designed to meet the needs of an evolving mobile workforce that demands compact, rugged functionality.
The Xplore M60 is the company’s first ever 6-inch handheld device, and Xplore explains the Xplore M60 can be dropped in dirt, left in a hot vehicle during the summer, forgotten in a freezer, accidentally dropped in a toilet, and more. It will continue to operate and comes with a 22-hour, user-replaceable battery. Other features include: a scratch-resistant View Anywhere display suitable for viewing in direct sunlight or in dimly lit environments, enterprise-ready Android OS with a variety of voice, email and app-based communications channels; and an optional barcode scanner that manufacturing workers can use with a single click to scan barcodes and NFC tags while on the go.
