The opening keynote will highlight the benefits of having mentors and sponsors in your professional networks to achieve career goals. Dizy will offer strategies to help participants obtain and maintain both relationships. Dizy will also touch upon the limitations to mentorship, and why your ultimate networking goal must be to develop sponsorship relationships.

Jo Ann Dizy is the Co-Founder and CEO of #GrowTogether, a company that helps women learn, develop, and grow personally and professionally. Jo Ann is thrilled to be working with organizations that are serious about engaging, advancing and retaining their high potential women, and attracting ambitious change-makers to their organization. Jo Ann is a skilled facilitator, coach, team builder and connector and brings a wealth of experience to the #GrowthCircles she leads. Previously, she was Vice President, Global Events & Partnerships at #movethedial, and led the Global Events Team, Partnership Team, and Community Programming. Prior to #movethedial, Jo Ann was Executive Director of Peerscale (previously AceTech Ontario), responsible for the successful leadership and management of this members-based organization.
