It is not enough to implement the latest or most-trending automation technologies. Before embarking on a digital transformation and automation journey, a well thought-out implementation plan has to be in place. Panellists will discuss the do's and don’ts, things to consider when making decisions, adopting technologies for individual needs vs following top industry trends and technologies and products available today for optimizing processes.

Jeanine Lassaline–Berglund
In a career that spans 30-plus years, Jeanine (JLB to most) started as a skilled trade mold maker at a time when women were just starting to enter operational industry and mainstream trades. She has successfully navigated operations in automotive production and parts supply firms and more recently the Cannabis sector, encompassing CPG principles and taking responsibility for scaling and operationalizing a number of firms. A keen eye for innovation and new ways of doing things, she puts thought into action while embracing the core values and competencies of leading people. The list of her accomplishments, activities and projects are too long to mention but in 2021 she was appointed President of both the Canadian Association of Mold Makers and Automate Canada; their first president in their 40 years of operation and the first woman, a label she wears thoughtfully. And…..she really likes bad shark movies.
