Jim Beretta
Jim Beretta is president of Customer Attraction, an industrial marketing consultancy. He works with companies in robotics, automation, manufacturing, packaging and capital equipment on branding, marketing and search engine strategies. He attended the University of Western Ontario and is based in Cambridge, Ont. Jim can be reached at jim@customerattraction.com.


John Laughlin
John Laughlin is the chief technology officer at Next Generation Manufacturing Canada (NGen), a not-for-profit organization which builds world-leading advanced manufacturing capabilities, drives innovation and creates jobs across Canada. He is responsible for setting the technology direction for NGen and oversees a project portfolio of over $600 million of advanced manufacturing R&D projects.


Calvin Kimura
Calvin Kimura is the co-founder of Ethos Automation where he also works as its automation specialist. He completed an electromechanical engineering technology program in Humber College and began his career as an automation technician with a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier. He founded a machine-building company, CK Automation, in February 2016. Calvin joined co-founder Peter Botros in 2019 to start Ethos Automation.


Konrad Konnerth
Konrad Konnerth is the founder and president of KONNEXIO, a London-based custom automation and robotics company. He also serves as the chair of the board at TechAlliance, a London-based Regional Innovation Centre. Founded in 2003, KONNEXIO has developed innovative automation and robotics platforms under the vision and direction of Konrad. As chair of the board at TechAlliance, he leads the strategic oversight of a vibrant technology sector, by supporting the start-up, scaling and technology exchange of Tech Companies in the region.
