Endress+Hauser Women’s Integrated Network (W.I.N.)

Empowering women through leadership, education, and personal development

Currently, women only hold one out of every four positions in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) related fields.  At Endress+Hauser, we strive to change this.

The Endress+Hauser Women’s Integrated Network (W.I.N.) aims to activate the potential of professional women in the manufacturing industry and in the Endress+Hauser Group with the long-term goal to increase the number of women in key positions and management roles within the Endress+Hauser Group.

Global targets aim to double the percentage of female employees worldwide by 2030 to about 40%. Our Canadian 2030 targets are set even higher with targets of 47% female employees, 50% female managers and a doubling of women in technical roles to 25%.

The Women’s Integrated Network (W.I.N.) aims to achieve these targets with various programs and internal awareness campaigns in the company that nurture the professional growth of female employees and bring attention to gender diversity, unconscious bias, and development opportunities.
