According to the 2015 Manufacturer’s Outlook report published by PLANT, a leading publication advancing Canadian Manufacturing, which surveyed over four hundred senior manufacturing executives throughout Canada, 60 per cent of companies cite controlling and reducing costs as their biggest challenge, while 95 per cent of respondents said productivity is key to business growth, but only 45 per cent are pursuing a formal productivity improvement strategy while 20 per cent are in the processes of developing one.

Nihad brings 15 years of hands on experience delivering strategic services, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, corporate diagnosis, finance business process improvement, lean initiatives, capacity assessment, and business transformation.

Nihad gained her experience within the oil and gas industry with global and multi-division organizations such as British Petroleum and Schlumberger Ltd. Bev Fleming

With 25 years of sales, industry and ERP experience, Bev has dedicated the majority of her career to sales leadership positions for various global companies including Infor, SAP and NetSuite.

In Bev’s current role as Regional Sales Manager, she is responsible for growing the manufacturing and distribution customer base in the Ontario and Manitoba markets. Bev’s broad experience in both ERP and tier one software allows her to develop complex business solutions for SYSPRO customers.
