Sept. 12, 2014 – Human machine interface provider EAO Corporation has expanded its territory to Mexico.

This increased North American presence allows for improved service and reach with both new and existing EAO customers, the company said. Two of EAO’s well-established manufacturer’s representatives, D-M Associates and Signal Enterprises, will support EAO’s sales in the region.

Based in Westerville, Ohio and established in 1967, D-M Associates serves the Midwest marketplace, including Michigan, Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, Western West Virginia, Indiana and Kentucky. It currently has offices in Cuidad Juarez, Monterrey and Mexico City, Mexico.

Signal Enterprises is based in Fullerton, Calif., and is a manufacturer’s representative company for electrical and electronic component sales to Southern California OEMs and select distributors. In addition to its existing territories, it will now represent EAO in the entire states of Baja California and the Baja California Sur.

“Expanding into Mexico strategically increases our footprint in this rapidly growing market,” said Lance A. Scott, president, EAO Corporation. “Our key customers are increasingly exploring Mexico as an attractive manufacturing locale, and we are extremely well positioned to support potential North American reshoring efforts. I look forward to expanding our relationships with D-M Associates and Signal Enterprises, who both have an established presence and long history conducting business in Mexico.”
