Bedrock Automation boasts world’s most cyber secure industrial control system

Apr. 27, 2015 – Bedrock Automation, a subsidiary of Maxim Integrated, says its new cyber secure industrial control system (ICS) is the world’s most secure. Designed to be simple, scalable and secure, Bedrock’s ICS promises unprecedented levels of computational performance and cybersecurity, while reducing cost and increasing reliability. According to the company, it can be used as a secure root of trust and when used in conjunction with the Device Lifecycle Management system, security can be extended up to the network and down to the sensors. This, it says, is an example of how the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) can be secured.
