Machine Automation Safety Congress returns in May

January 19, 2010
By Manufacturing AUTOMATION

For the third year running, the Partners in Prevention Ontario Health & Safety Conference & Trade Show is featuring the Machine Automation Safety Congress (MASC), a joint initiative by Canadian Occupational Safety (COS) and Manufacturing AUTOMATION magazines. Health and Safety Canada 2010 will be held on May 3 to 5, 2010, at the International Center. The MASC exhibit and trade show portion is held May 3 to 4.

This year’s MASC 2010 pavilion will be even bigger and better with a new centralized location. COS and Manufacturing AUTOMATION magazines will also be hosting sessions at the event to discuss machine safety and related issues. More details about the event will be announced on this website as they become available.

As part of the Partners in Prevention Ontario Health & Safety Conference & Trade Show, the MASC pavilion and exhibit area feature special hands-on demonstrations where leading suppliers of machine automation safety and safeguarding will showcase their products and answer questions from delegates.

Safety professionals are keenly aware of the regulatory changes and other pressures that are forcing them to adopt technologies to make their machines safer. But they need access to the technology and suppliers that can help them. This is an ideal opportunity for suppliers to make new contacts and showcase their technologies.
