New Carlo Gavazzi Slimline power supplies

Apr. 3, 2018 – Carlo Gavazzi has launched two new single phase AC DIN-rail switch mode power supply families that are both UL and cUL listed and TUV and CE approved.

The SPDM series is a general purpose family with models available in ranges from 30 W up to 240 W, in 12 V and 24 V outputs, and in housings that Carlo Gavazzi says are up to 30 per cent smaller than similar types on the market. Meanwhile, the SPDC series is designed to provide efficiency levels above 90 per cent, built-in Power Factor Correction, and can provide 150 per cent power boost for up to three seconds, making them suitable for applications with high inrush currents. The models are available in 120 W, 240 W and 480 W output versions.
