Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC), has announced that Stephanie Yakimishyn is transitioning from a field service advisor to the Member Needs Help Program at EMC.
“It is with mixed emotions we make this announcement as Stephanie has been the ‘spirit’ of EMC in all the communities she served,” says the organization in a release. “Being our most senior FSA of nearly 20 years, Stephanie has contributed significantly to shaping the role of a successful FSA, emphasizing the importance of nurturing relationships within the manufacturing community and being part of her members’ facilities. Her enthusiasm for shared success amongst members will be missed.”
Ross Cooper will fill the role of field service advisor for Barrie, Midland and Collingwood members. Cooper is a longstanding EMC senior advisor for the Value Added Programs, and will continue that role in addition to the duties of field service advisor.
Yakimishyn will continue to work alongside Cooper to ensure a smooth transition. They will be in touch with all members and community partners over the next month or so to ensure continuous service to all communities.
