IMTS – The International Manufacturing Technology Show has unveiled new branding and announced its floor plan for IMTS 2022.
The show, hosted by The Association For Manufacturing Technology (AMT), will span all four buildings of McCormick Place in Chicago, and be co-located with the Hannover Messe USA show.
“The demand for in-person events is starting to surge,” says Peter R. Eelman, vice-president and CXO at AMT. “We credit this enthusiasm to our ability to remain digitally connected with the manufacturing technology community throughout the pandemic with such online platforms as IMTS spark and the IMTS Network.”
IMTS 2022 runs from Sept. 12-17, 2022, and is North America’s largest manufacturing technology event. In 2018, it attracted more than 129,000 registrants.
In addition to unveiling the floor plan, which is available on IMTS.com, IMTS also launched a new logo and a redesigned website. The new site houses information about the event, and also a large body of video content produced throughout the pandemic.
“The graphic strength and logo colours emphasize the symmetry between IMTS and AMT,” says Eelman. “AMT is the manufacturing technology industry’s trade association, and IMTS is the industry’s trade show.”
