Manufacturing AUTOMATION magazine has new owner

It’s official. Manufacturing AUTOMATION magazine has been acquired from CLB Media Inc. by Annex Publishing & Printing, a business publisher based in Simcoe, Ont. What does this mean?

"We are looking to run [Manufacturing AUTOMATION] on a go-forward basis," said Michael Fredericks, Annex president and CEO. He added that Manufacturing AUTOMATION‘s location in Aurora, Ont., will remain unchanged for the next several months, and that there are no plans for changes in staff.

The Manufacturing AUTOMATION team – Mary Del Ciancio (editor) and Klaus Pirker (publisher) – are excited to join the Annex family, and look forward to continuing to execute our mandate of being the go-to resource for Canada’s manufacturing and industrial automation community.

Over time, nuances of the transition will begin to emerge (i.e. e-mail address changes), but concerning our products and commitment to you – our readers and partners – it’s full steam ahead. Annex has proven itself a forward-thinking, strategically driven publisher of business publications in Canada, and is well-positioned to take Manufacturing AUTOMATION to the next level.

MA isn’t the only title Annex purchased from CLB Media.
