Beckhoff Canada opens office in Greater Vancouver

Beckhoff Canada announced the opening of its Western Region Sales and Training Centre in the Greater Vancouver area.  Located in downtown Burnaby, B.C., the office will aid in increasing Beckoff’s sales development and market share growth.

The new office is housed in 2,950-square-foot space in Tower 1 of the Metrotower Office Complex in Burnaby. The facility equips Beckoff Canada with space for sales and engineering support, training and seminars. The centre also has an intelligent motion lab where Beckhoff product experts can test “Flying Motion” capabilities and machine concepts using the XPlanar system.

The centre was originally scheduled for a 2020 opening which was delayed due to the pandemic. Its downtown location offers access to visitors who drive, take the SkyTrain to Metrotown Station or take a taxi from the Vancouver International Airport.

Besides supporting Beckhoff operations in B.C., the Burnaby office functions as a western regional base to serve new and prospective customers in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the Northwest Territories. This will allow the centre to cater to a wide range of manufacturers, machine builder OEMs and systems integrators throughout the region.

Beckhoff Canada’s new headquarters is in Cambridge, Ontario, the company has a regional office in Laval, Quebec. Beckhoff maintains numerous regional offices in prominent metropolitan areas across North America, including U.S. headquarters in the Minneapolis area and Beckhoff Mexico, established in 2019, in Mexico City.
