Based on a 1.3-megapixel CMOS progressive scan sensor, the Toshiba Teli CSB1100CL-10 camera features 1,240 by 1,024 resolution and 22 frame-per-second capture of fast-moving subjects. The CMOS sensor heightens the camera’s spectral response and raises its signal-to-noise ratio. The camera also incorporates the CameraLink£ interface for digital 10-bit output. The interface assures interchangeability of the CSB1100CL-10 with other CameraLink products using a common connector, cable and pin assignment. The CSB1100CL-10 features Toshiba Teli’s patented Windows of Interest (WOI) capability, allowing up to 16 areas within a screen to be set by the user. Other features include global shutter mode that exposes all pixels simultaneously with little or no blurring, random trigger shutter mode, and a wide dynamic range to capture both high and low intensity subjects at the same time despite a difference in contrasts.
