Jul. 4, 2016 – Chris Pfeiffer will support Lauren Manufacturing’s strategic plan for growth as the company’s new executive vice president, as the company strives for a “future of expanded revenue, increased employee engagement and continued focus on operational excellence.”
“Lauren’s executive team has set ambitious goals for what our business will look like in the coming years,” Pfeiffer said. “Each day, we’re establishing the processes and culture that will prepare us for that success. As a company, we aren’t satisfied with simply being competitive. We want to lead our industry. The fact that we are extremely disciplined in our operations gives us the platform to do that.”
President Lisa Huntsman said Pfeiffer’s commitment to continuous improvement and ability to connect with people made him the right choice for this new position.
“Chris understands the importance of developing a bold strategy and has the experience to deliver on our vision,” Huntsman said. “His passion for empowering employees will ensure everyone’s potential is recognized.”
Pfeiffer will remain president of Lauren AgriSystems, a role he has held since he joined the business in 2012.
