Ransohoff introduces next generation Waste Wizard solution recycling system

Jul. 12, 2016 – Ransohoff, a division of Cleaning Technologies Group, says it has introduced the next generation of its WasteWizard solution recycling system, featuring “advanced” Siemens controls with programmable digital colour display screen and expandable modules to meet a wider range of recycling applications.

Describing the updated WasteWizard as a “highly automated, low-maintenance point-of-use solution designed for the factory floor,” the system filters and collects soluble waste contaminates while purifying valuable components that can be reused. According to the company, it is ideal for recycling water-based industrial fluids, aqueous cleaner baths, mass finishing compounds, and mop water. Other features of the Waste Wizard include: closed loop on solution based processes; continuous recycling of solution; energy cost savings; and reduced solution treatment fees. The WasteWizard system is available with a standard 55 gallon (200 L) drum or optional 100 gallon (380 L) tank for waste disposal of the concentrated oil and solids collected by the system.
