ITC introduces Alfra’s Akku-Compact flex hydraulic punch

May 7, 2017 – ITC Electrical Components’ Akku-Compact flex hydraulic punch by Alfra is a handheld unit where the punch head is separate and connected through a high-pressure hose to the pump unit.

The maximum punch hole size is 82 mm in 3 mm mild steel and 152 mm in 2 mm mild steel (2 mm and 1.5 mm stainless steel, respectively). According to the company, a pressure-limiting device prevents damage to the tool when the punching is complete.
