West-Tech to rep Z-AXIS in Canada and northeast US

July 24, 2019 – Z-AXIS, a contract manufacturer of electronics design and prototyping for complex printed circuit board assembly products, has signed an agreement with West-Tech to represent Z-AXIS in Canada and the northeastern USA.

West-Tech is located in Vaughan, Ontario, and Z-AXIS is headquartered in western New York. 

West-Tech will introduce Z-AXIS’s electronic product design and contract manufacturing services to a network of customers in Ontario, Quebec, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont and West Virginia.

“As an engineering-focused company, Z-AXIS shares my business philosophy of working closely with design engineers to provide technical solutions,” says Rob West, president of West-Tech, in a release. “I am excited to be able to offer their expert design and contract manufacturing services to my customers.”

West holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and an MBA, as well as a background in transformers and magnetics for electronic products. He has been a manufacturer’s representative for more than 18 years.
