ABB recognized as a great place to work in Canada

ABB has ranked among Mediacorp’s Canada’s Top 100 Employers. The award recognizes employers with exceptional human resources programs and forward-thinking workplace policies. Mediacorp selects the winners on the basis of performance and offerings in eight key areas. These include physical workplace, work atmosphere and social; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off, employee communications, performance management, training and skills development; and community involvement. Over 10,000 employers were invited to apply to be considered.

The company provides free access to virtual fitness classes and participates in an annual global health challenge. It offers a mental health practitioner benefit of up to $1,000 per year.
