Electromate to carry Universal Robot collaborative robots

Electromate is adding collaborative robots from Universal Robots to its product lineup.

“Canadian manufacturers now have a new option to automate many of their machine tending applications,” says Warren Osak, CEO and founder of Electromate, in a statement.

The distributor of precision robotic and mechatronic solutions will carry a range of six-axis robot arms from the Danish cobot manufacturer.

The cobots provide a flexible and safe automation solution for a wide range of production tasks, as they are suitable for working alongside humans.

Cobots automate and streamline repetitive industrial processes, enabling production departments to assign staff members to more fulfilling tasks.
