Best Workplaces in Canada 2017 winners
May 10, 2017 - Congratulations to the companies who have been recognized as part of this year’s Best Workplaces in Canada.
A special mention to those in the industrial automation space:
• 3M Canada Company
• Autodesk Canada
• JMP Engineering Inc.
• Lakeside Process Controls Ltd.
• Phoenix Contact Ltd.
• Rittal Systems Ltd.
• True North Automation
The 2017 Best Workplaces in Canada list is compiled by Great Place to Work Institute Canada. The competition process is based on two criteria: two-thirds of the total score comes from confidential employee survey results; the remaining one-third of the score comes from an in-depth review of the organization’s culture, including an evaluation of HR policies and procedures. This offers a representation of the organization from an employee perspective, and an overall portrait of the workplace culture. Together, they provide data relative to the five trust-building dimensions of a great place to work: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
This year’s list received more than 400 registrations and over 60,000 employees participated in the 2017 “Best Workplaces in Canada” survey.
“While Rittal Systems is proud of its market-leading products, global network and excellent track record, we acknowledge that our greatest asset is our people. We are dedicated to making the working experience at Rittal as motivating and rewarding as possible,” said Tim Rourke, Rittal Systems president.
