Sciaky joins Siemens PLM Software Solution Partner Program

Aug. 15, 2017 – Sciaky, a subsidiary of Phillips Service Industries (PSI), will adopt product lifecycle management (PLM) software technology from Siemens to support its Electron Beam Additive Manufacturing (EBAM) solution.

This means that Sciaky can now offer its current and future customers a solution that “enhances product development decision making and produces better products,” says the parties.
 
As part of the partnership, Sciaky is able to further penetrate the metal 3D printing market with Siemens:
 
• NX software, an integrated solution for computer-aided design, manufacturing and engineering (CAD/CAM/CAE)
• NX Nastran software computer-aided engineering analysis (CAE) solver technology
