Mornsun 1A switching regulator K78-1000R3

May 13, 2016 – Mornsun has extended its portfolio of non-isolated switching regulator DC/DC converters with the K78-1000R3 series.

According to the company, the K78-1000R3 (1A output) series is designed to meet wider output power range requirement of customers’ application. Boasting efficiency of up to 96 per cent, the series do not require a heat sink, says the company. The device has pin-outs compatible with LM78XX regulator in a smaller size, and its operating temperature ranges from -40 C to 8 C. Mornsun says the series operates with an input voltage range of 6V to 36V and delivers “precise output voltages.”
