Jun. 6, 2016 – It’s truly a family affair at Sellick Equipment. On April 20, 2016, 97-year-old Walter Sellick, his sons Howard (president) and David (vice president), and grandson Colin (systems manager) celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for Sellick Equipment’s new multi-million dollar, 120,000-sq.-ft. facility in Harrow, Ont.
“In order to compete on a global scale, we needed to expand and build a state-of-the-art plant,” said Howard.
Sellick Equipment has been manufacturing rough terrain and truck mounted forklifts for nearly 50 years for a variety of industries including building supply yards, engineered wood products, automotive recycling, oil field services, mining and military applications. Currently, there are more than 11,000 Sellick built machines in the field which are serviced by a North American dealer network consisting of 230 locations.
