Jul. 18, 2016 – Wago says its BACnet controller utilizes easy-to-install twisted-pair lines to “economically” control complex building automation tasks and simplify I/O integration.

The 750-829 BACnet Controller, with MS/TP master functions, acts as a control gateway to allow “seamless integration of connected I/O modules and convenient connectivity” to actuators and sensors through its 750 series I/O modules, says Wago. Other features include: support of B-BC (BACnet Building Controller) device profile; MODBUS TCP/UDP Ethernet ports; expanded SD card functionality; and built-in Web visualization. According to the company, the controller can perform central or decentralized open and closed-loop control tasks in HVAC systems and can also serve as a room automation controller.
