Omega LCP compact load pin for aerospace, oil & gas

Jul. 25, 2017 – Omega describes its LCP series as a compact load pin with the ability to measure up to 30,000 lbs.

Designed for tension and compression measurements, the load pins can “easily replace” existing shear pins, clevis bolts, clevis pins, shear axles and many other types of pinned joints, says Omega. The LCP series can be applied on clevis pin shackles, loading cranes, lifting fittings, hydraulic presses, sprockets, pulley axles and more. According to the company, ideal industries for the series include aerospace, construction, and oil and gas. The LCP load pins boasts 0.50 per cent high accuracy, an all stainless steel construction and a standard connector.
