
B&R Industrial Automation adds to partner network

B&R Industrial Automation has added new companies to its partner network, including several in Canada.
The Value Provider Program brings together systems integrators and engineering companies partnering with B&R to provide solutions for the customer.
The network allows for large and small companies to inquire about B&R vision systems, track technology, machine-centric robotics, adaptive machines and the full line of B&R portfolio products.
The value providers come from a range of technology sectors such as pharmaceuticals, packaging, food and beverage, mobile and additive manufacturing.
Industrial Drive Service, a motion control systems designer in Hensall, Ont., Mécano Industrie a machinery expert in Terrebonne, Que., Roberts Onsite, an automation solutions provider in Kitchener, Ont., and TechBrew Robotics, a robotics systems builder in Salmon Arm, B.C. are all on the B&R partner list.
“The expertise of knowledge with the combination of B&R and the value providers will greatly enhance our customer’s ability to quickly react and change to the technological demands of both their customer and consumer,” says Patrick McDermott, president, B&R North America, in a statement.
