Mar. 29, 2017 – MPW Industrial Services has named Justin Pierce director of engineering and manufacturing, responsible for technology and fabrication capabilities companywide.

With nearly 3,000 employees and 72 locations in Canada and the United States, MPW Industrial Services provides industrial cleaning, water purification, and facility and environmental management services to customers in the power generation, primary metals, chemicals, refining, oil and gas, automotive, food and beverage, and pulp and paper industries.

Pierce began work at MPW in 2006 as a co-op employee while pursuing his degree in engineering management at Ohio University. In 2007, he was promoted to engineering supervisor, and in 2013 he was named director of engineering for the industrial water division.

The company says Pierce has been a “driving force” in the design and development of MPW’s technology centre, scheduled to open later this year.
