ASG introduces SC-100 AC-LVDT signal conditioner

Aug. 5, 2016 – Alliance Sensors Group has expanded its line of LVDT/RVDT signal conditioners to include the SC-100 DIN-rail mountable AC-LVDT, boasting “smart and fast” LVDT setup with built-in null indication and “simple” front panel pushbuttons to set zero and full scale.

According to ASG, the SC-100 signal conditioner is engineered to work with the “widest range” of AC-operated LVDTs, RVDTs, and inductive half-bridge position sensors and was specifically designed to be compatible with both Marposs and Solartron analog pencil gaging probes. The module offers: power inputs from 15-30 VDC; four LVDT excitation frequencies (2.5, 5.0, 7.5 and 10.0 KHz); six analog DC outputs; RS-485 digital communications link with an available GUI; and two current loop DC outputs (4-20 mA or 0-20 mA).
