binder USA releases male/female cable connector for high-speed data transmission

binder USA introduces the new M16-X connector, Series 415, an eight-contact male/female cable connector for high-speed data transmission with shielding to protect signal integrity, and IP67-rated ingress protection to withstand harsh environments.

The M16-X has a rated voltage of 50 V AC/60 V DC and is available with an optional female panel mount connector, front-fastened or with dip solder contacts.

The eight gold-plated contacts have a current rating of 0.5 A.

Applications include control and measurement, Industry 4.0 automation, and high-speed video imaging.

Data transmission is up to 10 Gbits/s, with cable outlets between 5.5 – 9 mm.
